Day 0 : Kilimanjaro airport - Arusha

Today get to meet with our team at Kilimanjaro airport while we transfer you to your accommodation at Arusha TownLocated below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, Arusha City has a temperate climate. The city is close to Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation AreaLake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National ParkMount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Meru in the Arusha National Park.

Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast in Arusha, head to Tarangire National Park through Maasai steppe and villages. This park boasts a diverse landscape, including the Tarangire River, low hills, acacia woodlands, and iconic Baobab trees. The river and swamps are a vital water source, attracting a wide array of wildlife, such as elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, and various primates. Rare species like the Greater Kudu and Fringed-Eared Oryx can be spotted, along with predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Birdwatchers will appreciate over 400 bird species.
In the evening, journey to your accommodation, with a quick stop at the Lake Manyara viewpoint for picturesque views of the lake and its surroundings along the Great East African Rift Valley.

Day 2 : Transit to Northern Serengeti

Today after breakfast we head to the Northern Serengeti National Park and also game viewing en route.
The Northern Serengeti remains an unexplored wilderness packed with stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. However, during July, Aug, Sept, Oct each year, it is Mostly sunny and with 60 – 83 F so we expect to see a lot of actions from the wildebeest migration while Crossing the iconic Mara River and their associate animals while migrating to neighbor country of Kenya and southward migration back to Tanzania.

Day 3 : full Day Northern Serengeti

Following breakfast, today’s itinerary involves an extensive full-day game viewing experience in the Northern Serengeti plains. This immersive safari includes a picnic lunch, allowing you to stay out in the wilderness and fully engage with the natural surroundings. The primary highlight of the day is the pursuit of witnessing the remarkable spectacle of migrating wildebeest as they traverse the Mara River—a phenomenon renowned for its awe-inspiring wildlife interactions. Get ready for a day filled with captivating scenes of nature and the chance to observe this incredible journey of the wildebeest.

Day 4 : Northern Serengeti - Central Serengeti

Say goodbye to the Northern Serengeti after breakfast and begin your trip towards the Central Serengeti. As you traverse diverse landscapes, keep an eye out for additional wildlife sightings. Upon reaching the Central Serengeti, engage in a game drive until late evening, soaking in the abundant wildlife. Eventually, settle in at your accommodation for a restful overnight stay.

Day 5 : central Serengeti - Ngorongoro conservation area

After breakfast, we depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area (Karatu highlands). Game viewing en route. Ngorongoro Conservation Area is in northern Tanzania. It’s home to the vast, volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and “big 5” game (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino). Huge herds of wildebeests and zebras traverse its plains during their annual migration. Livestock belonging to the semi-nomadic Maasai tribe graze alongside wild animals.

Day 6 : Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

We’ll kickstart the day bright and early, descending into the captivating crater floor for a remarkable wildlife experience in one of Earth’s most breathtaking locations. Following an exciting game drive, we’ll savor a delightful picnic lunch near the serene Hippo Lake. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a brief game drive before ascending the crater and exiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Arusha. Our estimated return time is around 5 pm, but we remain flexible to accommodate any flight schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
