Day 0 : Kilimanjaro airport - Arusha
Today get to meet with our team at Kilimanjaro airport while we transfer you to your accommodation at Arusha Town . Located below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley, Arusha City has a temperate climate. The city is close to Serengeti National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, Mount Kilimanjaro, and Mount Meru in the Arusha National Park.

Day 1 : Arusha - Tarangire National Park
You will be picked up at your hotel at 0700hrs and transferred to Tarangire National Park for your game viewing experience in this magnificent park famous for its large collection of baobab trees, spectacular large mammal population, and variety of bird species, not to mention one of the largest concentration of elephants in the country.
Later this evening depart to your accommodation at Mto wa Mbu Town.

Day 2 : Transit to ndutu area
The day begins with a delightful breakfast in Karatu, setting the stage for a 3-hour drive to Ndutu. Passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, the landscape shifts from lush forests to sprawling green grasslands. Ndutu’s sweeping plains mark the path of the annual migration, a spectacle of over 2 million wildebeests, zebras, and other wildlife. From December to April, these fertile lands become a birthing ground, painting the plains with the vibrant essence of new life. It’s a mesmerizing journey, a testament to the untamed beauty of nature.

Day 3 : full Day game ndutu area

Day 4 : ndutu area - Central Serengeti national park
Prepare for an exhilarating day as you venture into the legendary Serengeti, renowned as the pinnacle of wildlife parks globally. Following a delightful breakfast, your journey unfolds toward the Serengeti National Park, traversing boundless plains that earned this region its name, meaning “endless plains” in the local African tongue. The vastness of these grasslands, extending endlessly and meeting the sky at the horizon, presents an awe-inspiring spectacle. Encompassing an expansive 14,763 Sq Kms, the Serengeti redefines our perception of distance. Within this majestic expanse reside the majestic “Big 5” – the elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard – adding a thrill to the anticipation of what this day’s exploration might unveil.

Day 5 : Full Day Serengeti National Park
A full day of exploration in the Serengeti’s Seronera region unfolds with the first light, offering a glimpse into the active lives of predators and diverse wildlife amid the breathtaking Serengeti scenery. Pause midday for a picnic lunch, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild. The afternoon brings visits to the famed hippo pools, quests for elusive black rhinos, and the potential to witness segments of the Great Migration, depending on the season. As the day wanes, a late afternoon game drive captures the Serengeti’s beauty during the golden hour, culminating in a mesmerizing sunset. Throughout, your experienced guide enhances the experience, sharing insights into the animals and ensuring a respectful and secure safari adventure.

Day 6 : Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation
On this day we suggest a very early wake up in order to do an early morning game drive (when the animals are more active) and see one of the best sunrises you’ll ever witness.
After the game drive, we will return to the camp for a rewarding brunch and then we’ll proceed to Ngorongoro, the 8th Wonder of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq miles and has 2,000 ft high walls, making it virtually Noah’s ark and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It’s one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black rhino. The concentration of African wildlife is the greatest on the continent. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest and open plains. It’s also famous for its elephants which are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. This is due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses

Day 7 : Ngorongoro Crater
We’ll kickstart the day bright and early, descending into the captivating crater floor for a remarkable wildlife experience in one of Earth’s most breathtaking locations. Following an exciting game drive, we’ll savor a delightful picnic lunch near the serene Hippo Lake. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a brief game drive before ascending the crater and exiting the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Arusha. Our estimated return time is around 5 pm, but we remain flexible to accommodate any flight schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Day 8 : Walking Empaka Crater-Arusha
The Empakai Crater is a smaller volcanic caldera located in the northern part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It is relatively lesser known compared to the more famous Ngorongoro Crater, but it’s still a stunning and unique landscape. The crater is about 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) wide and contains a soda lake at the bottom, which attracts various bird species, including flamingos. The walls of the crater are covered in lush vegetation, making it a beautiful and serene environment.
Empakai Crater is also known for its walking trails that allow visitors to hike down to the crater floor. The hike provides an opportunity to experience the breathtaking views and the diverse ecosystem within the crater. Additionally, the area surrounding the crater is inhabited by wildlife such as buffalo, baboons, and various bird species, enhancing the overall natural experience.
Departing early afternoon for Arusha town, where you’ll spend the night in preparation for your transit to the airport tomorrow to catch your flight back home.
